We want you to be genuinely satisfied with your order — and we take real responsibility for that, rather than passing you off to a supplier. ZZEmpire is the seller you're dealing with for any issue, from start to finish, whether the item ships from our own stock or through a trusted fulfilment partner.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
The item arrived damaged or defective
The item received does not genuinely match its product description
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all included accessories
How to Request a Return
Contact us at [support email] or WhatsApp [WhatsApp number] within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item/issue
We review your request and confirm next steps within 1–2 business days
Approved returns are collected or shipped back per our instructions
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days — to your original payment method for card orders, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders
Fair Refund Timing
We process approved refunds promptly and do not hold funds without reason. Unreasonable delay in returning what's rightfully yours isn't something we consider acceptable business practice.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care, beauty, and health products cannot be returned unless defective on arrival. This will be clearly noted on the relevant product pages before you buy — not disclosed only after the fact.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch, with no cancellation fee.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If we made an error or the item arrived damaged, we cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement — your choice, not ours.
No Hidden Fees or Penalties
We do not charge restocking fees, and we do not use refund delays or deductions as an implicit penalty for returning a product. Any shipping fees are disclosed clearly at checkout before you pay, never added afterward.
No Interest, No Penalty Charges
Refunds are issued as the exact amount owed to you — we never apply interest, late fees, or financing-style charges to any transaction, in line with our commitment to interest-free (riba-free) dealing.
