Shipping policy

At ZZEmpire, we aim to be honest and clear about how your order reaches you — no vague promises, no hidden surprises.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation (Sunday–Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays).

Delivery Time — UAE

Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your emirate. We do not promise same-day or next-day delivery unless clearly stated on the specific product you're ordering.

Order Confirmation (Cash on Delivery)

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order and address before dispatch. This protects both you and us from address errors and reduces failed deliveries — part of our commitment to fair, careful dealing with every customer.

Right to Inspect on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, you're welcome to check that the outer packaging is intact before paying the courier. If an item arrives visibly damaged, you may decline it at the door, and we will resolve this with a replacement or full refund — no argument, no penalty to you.

Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order. We never add delivery fees after your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

We work with reliable fulfilment partners, but occasional delays can happen due to high demand, weather, or courier disruptions. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we will proactively let you know rather than leave you guessing — keeping you informed is part of dealing with you honestly, not just efficiently.

GCC Expansion

We currently deliver within the UAE. As we expand to other GCC countries, delivery timeframes and costs for each country will be published here before launch.
