Welcome to ZZEmpire (zzempire.store), operated under UAE Trade License. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. We've written these in plain language wherever possible, because clear, honest terms are part of how we do business — not just a legal formality.
1. Who You're Dealing With
When you buy from ZZEmpire, you are contracting with us directly — not with a third-party supplier or fulfilment partner. We take full responsibility for your order, from the moment you pay to the moment it's resolved, even where items are shipped to you via a trusted fulfilment partner. This matters to us: a sale where the seller doesn't stand behind what they sold isn't a sale we're willing to make.
2. Product Descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications, materials, and images, and we do not exaggerate what a product can do. Minor variations in color or packaging from supplier updates may occur and do not affect your right to a return under our Refund Policy if the item is materially different from its description. We do not knowingly list a product we are not entitled or able to supply.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT where required by UAE law. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors; if an error is found after you've ordered, we will contact you before processing rather than silently charging a different amount.
4. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch your order or send confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud), in which case any payment already taken is refunded to you in full, without deduction.
5. Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and card payments (including Apple Pay/Google Pay where available) via secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card details. We do not charge interest, late fees, or any financing-style charge on any transaction — every payment method we offer is free of riba.
6. Delivery
See our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes. For Cash on Delivery orders, you may inspect your package before paying the courier, as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery and acceptance.

See our Refund & Return Policy for full details. We aim to resolve every return fairly and promptly, without unnecessary delay or hidden deductions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by ZZEmpire or used under license from our suppliers/partners and may not be reproduced without permission. We do not knowingly use trademarks, brand names, or protected material we don't have the right to use.
9. Fair Dealing
We aim to conduct business in a way that is honest, transparent, and free of deception, excessive uncertainty, or exploitative terms. If you ever believe a specific term, product listing, or interaction with us falls short of that standard, we want to hear about it directly at [support email] — and we will address it in good faith.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, ZZEmpire is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products, beyond the remedies set out in our Refund Policy.
