Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. You can pay by Cash on Delivery or by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–5 business days across the UAE. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, or arrived damaged or incorrect. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full process.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All card payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may confirm your order by phone or email before dispatch to avoid delivery issues.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Not yet — we currently deliver within the UAE, with GCC expansion planned. This page will be updated when that launches.

Are your product descriptions accurate?

Yes — we do not exaggerate specifications or use misleading images. If you ever find a product significantly different from its description, contact us and we'll make it right.
